I'm not sure how you price in an uplisting but running the numbers this thing isn't anywhere near where it should be, and that's without the acquisition news. You can use Vant's posted analysis as a starting point, heck run more pessimistic numbers and we're still undervalued. It sure doesn't look like this has priced in the recent and upcoming good news. As far as the # of shareholders, we are under the radar somewhat which is good for us on the board because at some point soon there will be a flood of new blood. That combined with the low float and dedication to transparency from the company is a simple algebraic equation that equals BOOM.
