#8149 RE: IMGGorBust #8148

IMGGorBust I don't hace a little scheme to scare people, I have scheme to convince myself. Actually my son, who is in high school. He bought into IMGG as a result of an economics class he was taking. He took what he was learning, turned in his mutual fund (we had put aside for him) and starting investing. IMGG has been good to him. I've been helping him along and we did DD on IMGG. Fascinating product, certainly a game changer. Then following it it more and listening we're just wondering what in the world is going on... This submission is three years old... For the record, I'm not talking about taking a video on a cell phone. YouTube now does High Definition video. There is nothing you can't put up on the internet in a matter of hours that won't be crystal clear... My whole posture is that this is a totally cool concept. My only question is, "Can it actually do it?" Three years and still trying. Gotta give it to the boys for their tenacity. As a stock holder that sees the price getting very close to original cost, it's legitimate to ask if this product is really ready for primetime. He took a bunch of cash at about $1.50 getting in at .57 I beleive. Just wondering if the product is really as close as we think. This is the place for info and questions. No? Peace

IMMG will gain approval from the 32bit images with the understanding that further improvements to the software is inevitable. The FDA only wanted improvement on the resolution of the images previously submitted, and since that submission the only thing the FDA came back with was a request for a "Labeling" clarification. If the FDA had issues with the current images submitted from the 32bit platform, they would have responded by now. Labeling is one of the last things to clarify before approval is granted.
To clarify: The labeling issue we are correcting most likely is for safety reasons, just like GE putting a label on a microwave warning people not to put metal in the device or serious injury may occur. It's a label for the dumb asses.

Immgg or bust..I think the point is why attend shows, pay for MOney TV spots and not demonstrate the technology to it's fullest.

I understand that some conflict may exist with the FDA but I doubt they have the time or the resources to get pissed off. Rocking the boat IMHO would be when Dean goes TV with huckster and says FDA approval is imminent.

I think rock the boat...is a smoke screen for some other issues that may exist. I don't think these will prevent the ultimate approval I just don't believe it's as close as most think here.
