Don't confuse deliberate consolidation with "sleep mode." There are a lot of believers in this stock on both sides of the bid/ask. The meek are steadily replaced by the believes (ala moi) until... voilla a pleasant little spike in share price. It's early and it won't happen over night given the float, but Obama still has 3 more years in office and "long" on this stock is 6 mos, IMO.
