Good point here. The actual mechanics and methodology for the poll remain to be determined:

1) Eligibility criteria for the stocks? (e.g. US traded only? market cap < 500m ? Pink sheet OK or not?)
2) Who vote for what: do we want to record the each votes?.
3) Who can vote? (Open to everyone? or only those who did regular posting)
3) Poll can be online (easier) or by hand
(Note - It is technically impossible to do it by hand if the voting population is large.)

It is up to members of this board to establish a set of simple and transparent rules that will govern the selection process in a repeatable fashion. This way, we are comparing apples to apples every time.
