My thoughts on stocks trading and market makers here...
See where the bigger volume bars are on the chart down below. Could still be some profit takers left. Rest has been a seller through LFCM.
The things we do know are:
The Hannover guys got 159 million shares for the merger
The old Float pre-merger was 57 million shares, market maker Nite main MM pre-merger.
32,700,000 shares are still restricted shares.
Current shares O/S is 301,800,000 -191,700,000 Subtract the Hannover shares and the restricted shares Leaves 110,100,000 Minus Old Float 57,000,000 _______________________________
Max shares LFCM could have gotten 53 million or so
This market maker summary report shows that LFCM traded 54 million shares in December, that is buys and sells. They sold some more in January....so my guess is LFCM is close to out of shares.
Wild card would be with the old premerger float of 57 million if former CEO Fotis still held a chunk of the old float and is a seller, probably through mm VNDM imho.
Stock is looking good, consolidating in the .02's with sellers just about out of shares imho.
Please tell me you're kidding. The only thing I could think of that would be wrong is that you aren't happy with your purchase price. A 300 million O/S for a pinksheet is pretty unheard of, and so long as the O/S doesn't change, I'm really not worried about low volume drops.
