After hours - it means that after the closing bell, 1.3 millions shares traded hands at .0172 - But you can't trade a pink before or after hours, so i'm not sure what to make of it except that it has happened a few times in the last days with this stock.
I'm probably going to call etrade to see what there take is on it.
