Gary was the owner and general manager of Panorama Dodge, Inc., Penfield New York from 1984-1995 and of Panorama Collision, Inc., East Rochester, New York from 1989-1995. He built the business to annual sales of $20 million, with 5 departments and 65 employees.

Gary worked in sales, sales management and general management at a number of Rochester-based car dealerships. He is currently involved in commercial real estate.

Dino you surely sound like a puppet of Jim at this point...but I'm glad you are defending your "investment," you certainly have the right to. The problem is that there is nothing to back up your statement that this company will make products and sell products. We have ten years of misstatements and dare I say lies to back up our animosity for Jim and the BOD. How much longer until you prove us wrong???

"but more importantly to me is WHO IS BUYING THESE SHARES" - Dino

A market maker is buying and holding those shares until someone comes along willing to buy...good thing the only trade that went through today was for about $350.

And Leitrim - TOVC has only 1 employee. I don't even think Andy is an employee...just a consultant. All the engineers are consultants. The guy that stammered through his speech several years back was the current chairman of the board, at the time he was just a director.
