In their recent update they said that they have enough cash to operate without DIP and also they stated that assets will be untouched??? good news but weird for the CH11 case, also why is this thing still trading on the regular exchange and is not listed as a Q knock the s@#$$# out of me ? It looks extremely promising IMHO.
