The story as I see it is they are now securing more business for 2010 and more revenues mean more earnings per share. Right now if my math is correct they have less then a $10m marketcap. I have seen companies with less trade with 5 x the equity. Risk to reward ratio adds up to me.
I personally dont have a target price in mind, but this area looks like a great entry point even if it does drop a bit lower. I wouldnt complain if .1275 were to confirm as a solid bottom.
