From my understanding, they needed some financing for some acquisitions which was why they diluted a bit (thus the drop from .40ish). However, the float is still very low and they don't plan to dilute for the foreseeable future.

Most of the float was traded today and people are just starting to find out about this company. When we start to get into the top 15 on ihub, don't be surprised if we're trading higher than 100% from here. I think most of the selling was done by people who has held for a while or profit takers from when this was under .03. I expect those who bought today and yesterday will be holding for much bigger gains than where it is today.
