Trendwise, probably the 14, since it give you more trend to guess on. You can't just look at the RSI alone though, because there are many factors that could make a chart bullish, or bearish. News? Dilution? Is is trending up slowly, or FAST? Thinly traded? Upcoming MA crosses?....ect.
