Today's press release was pretty minor. It seems clear to me that the company just wanted to get something out. However, I'm very confident that we'll be seeing more significant news coming soon.
We shouldn't forget that this stock was under a dime a couple of weeks ago, so holding in the .30s shows good strength. When they announce a settlement with the lender that will also be good for a pop.
