Thanks X, if I remember correctly, you can start the process about a month before the year restriction is up, so that when the year is up you can go ahead and sell your shares.

I too have Ameritrade, by the time I can sell my warrant shares, I think $50 will be a drop in the bucket.

Yes - this is correct. I should have been more specific about the subtle steps with the transfer agent to remove the restriction and naturally you would have to deposit them in your account.
