Actually, if you read the latest quarterly report, p3 says the A/S as of Sept 20, 2009 is 500,000,000 but then in the appendices it seems to indicate that the A/S is 1,000,000,000 ... Not clear, I emailed IR today to request a clarification. If the A/S is indeed 1,000,000,000 they might just be setting things up to pump this for a while, which would still be good for those who get in now.
