I wish I could post the shareholder letter... the meat - 2009 sales exceeded 2008 sales by 60%... international markets are open and are strong - they will pursue this sector much more... and, the one all of you wanted to know - the move to a higher exchange is ruled by the capital markets "with an eye toward finding the right entry point for UGSI as a true public company. Our strong financial position gives us the flexibility to be patient so that we can enter the market at the point that will provide optimal shareholder value. In determining the precise timing, we must balance our desire to provide our shareholders with liquidity against the intrusive reporting obligations imposed on public companies; obligations that would allow competitors potentially damaging insight into our highly successful business model."
They had an amazing year!!!
