IPO - Disregard the previous question. After reading http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&cb=1262651110&article=40078838&symbol=NB%5ECSGH, it's clear that CSGH at least JV's to create an Li battery.

not sure..I just started covering HPJ recently...I love the volume in its stock and at higher prices...not sure what CSGH has ever done with IR.
