I'm not sure about anything because the CEO is being the silent one. The only thing I know to go by is PPS and right now it's predicting not good things.
If there was full disclosure on the shares then everyone would know that ETC spinoff was voted down IMO...not many shares voted at the shareholder meeting if insiders sold...Funny how no one raised that question of proof of ownership for the vote...
How does anyone know if it passed? Seriously.....Where were the form 3's before the vote? Why the games if its legit?
Not an a$$, just asking the hard questions....I asked for proof well in advance of the voting, not that I got to vote...Never recieved anything in the mail about it either....
