NEP, I agree Joe. I'm scratching my head why it's so strong. Ok today is not a real measure because overall markets and especially oil is very strong today. Will be interesting to see NEP if that reverses. The chart is overextended.
NEP Petro China has to do community things when they move into an area... build schools and hospitals. NEP doesn't - My guess is that NEP is useful to do the small dirty jobs... It wouldn't benefit Petro China to buy it up but it could be a useful industry partner.
If someone knew there was a oil production contracts on the way that would make sense to me. It's certainly hasn't been hanging about.
