IMHO in order for the pps to become appreciable and sustainable, the following needs to accomplished:

1. Elimination of all YA dilution via new non-dilutive financing
2. CTIA white paper finalization
3. Official award of NeuStar as Clearing House & Central Registry
4. Full enforcement of the IP
5. Mandatory licensing from all infringers
6. Elimination of YA as the patents' assignee

With IM's recent interview with BR and his soft approach to require GOOG to license, it makes one wonder what MobileTag, ScanBuy, BEMS, and others who have already licensed are truly thinking? With JE signing IM's check, just who will bring about these necessary changes?
