Mr. M is making it sound as if there is no money to continue operations.

I think this means that there is no point to continue operations of QED with the lack of financing and the merger being so close to finalization. He probably meant saving a few extra bucks for the last couple weeks and getting organizaed will help benefit the new company more than keeping the company going and spending needed funds on nothing. IMO or the man just wants to go golfing. haha
