in a way he was correct .. what I see is a flood of sec civil charges against spongy and the management

good to see one of the charges is for failure to file .. puts the fire under the mutt bros .. thats some serious pressure to get the filings out or face revoking

this is where the share holders should be putting pressure on the company instead of blaming the SEC and the phantom NSS
