As part of the loan terms 9% of the o/s can be used to pay off the loan principle. Look at the pr that specifies the loan terms. so I would say yes IMO but I am not a banker so I am not qualified to say it is for sure. It sounds like it per the PR release. Keep in mind the value of the stock will be much higher in 10 years when the loan matures. JMHO
