FLCR ...Did anyone notice that there was another S-1 Amendment filed Thursday? This now makes five applications total.

I don't see many changes. It looks like the G&A Expenses disclosure is now for three years instead of one year and all the financials have been updated from June quarter to the September Quarter. There is a new investor with over 5% of the company, Don't see much else.


An accountant friend of mine said that the SEC now has an additional 1,000 analysts that they have hired since the Bernie Madoff scandal. Maybe all of them are working on finding fly dodo in our FLCR S-1 application?....
