Posted on another forum... and I have to agree 100%.

The SEC has finally taken some action and I personally am quite happy that they are moving forward so all of the twins mess can be cleared up. The limbo that we have experienced while the twins have been awaiting the hammer has left us all in an indefinite holding pattern until something happens.

Well, the something is fixin to happen. It might result in the twins removal, maybe a fine, maybe having to settle the class action, maybe having to file financials but we will be in motion again. I had very strong suspicions that the twins were scoundrels and that the SEC had them in their crosshairs. So, we find ourselves left with owning stock in a company that is profitable, growing, and very well publicized.

The board of directors will be charged with appointing/electing other officers if the twins are removed and then they will be VERY heavily scrutinized by the SEC. Good. The shares that are in the hands of RME may have to be retired if they have been ill-gotten. The shareholders may actually get some voting power out of all this. We are all members of the class action lawsuit if we bought and sold shares prior to Oct. 15th- so get your calculator out and figure out whether you have gains or losses during that timeframe. I figured out mine two months ago and I would not be entitled to a dime under the class action.

The SEC does have a division that doles out money received from fines to shareholders-if I werent drunk right now I could give you the name of the division but it does exist. Like it or not the class actions will proceed but that also is kind of like a big whoop because there are plenty of companies that survive class action lawsuits by settling out of court and moving forward thereafter with profits.

Rosen will settle rather than drag it out-why-because he is a money grubbing ambulance chasing attorney that just wants the quick buck. Fine again-give him his money, dole out pennies on the dollar to shareholders that had losses and then what-shareholders still have their shares so it will be kind of like a dividend. So this goes out to the F'ing TWINS-Good Riddance to Bad Rubbage-Off with your heads and I will take a piece of cake please, right after I finish this drink. Happy NEW Year.

brains do you still believe that the Wells Notice issued to SPNG indicating that the SEC intends to file securities fraud charges against SPNG is still good for SPNG like you did in the post that I am responding to?

As you will see, there is much room for interpretation what could have gone wrong that the SEC issued such a notice. At least it gives the involved people a chance to represent their view. Whatever outcome, it is good for SPNG, the business is legitimate, a brand with strong growth and if the management made some foolish things, well they will have to pay for it, either by stepping down or paying a heavy fine. But such a company for sure, will have plenty of people filling their or his ranks. By the way, the way I read the article, SPNG knew, that a Wells notice is coming so PIKES for sure must have been informed about this, all other things would not make sense. SPNG will come out of this stronger, that is of sure.
