Going over to AMD only

Sometime in the future, I'll be naming my builds K8 instead of
Pentium4. My stuff will still run on Pentium 4s but I'll code
for best performance on K8.

The Open Source guys tend to be ahead of the curve and I have
seen other builders going to K8.
