The quiet ones...those lurking around here will attend. I'm amazed that only 7 people have taken the survey. I think those that don't agree with the premise are just abstaining from taking it because who in their right mind wouldn't join a class action that is already started, especially when the stock is worth $0.40 and they are underwater BIGTIME? No one IMO.
