-CK1 I purchased 1 milion shares of HESG on 11-4-09. On 11-6-09 I sold 2 million shares from Scottrade again and was succesful. Last week I forgot the date I tried to buy shares of EXPH-IDGI and QEDN and received the reply that you stated. Can you receive a private post?

They use a different method called conflict of interest with the ST CEO being Nite's president and is on their board. Call screwing the retail investor while lining their pockets. What a deal.

So you might ask, "How do you fail to deliver on positions" if you are a brokerage? Good question. The ONLY way that can happen is if that brokerage is betting against their own clients by agreeing to sell them phantom shares knowing that IF the stock tanks, they will be able to cover their short position at a lower price and "keep the change".

So The ONLY reason they would chicken out on this and disallow clients to buy that stock would be if they felt the stock is likely to go UP. Right?

I have a really good feeling about this for me and a really bad feeling about this for some brokerages that make dumb decisions!

Ah The story changes again....Scottrade is as crooked as a stick...bunch of guys that will only play with a stacked deck!!...The fact that the CEO is affiliated with Knight says all I have to hear...sounds like a sure conflict of interest!

If this is the case does the same Tranfer Agent have any other stocks it handles??? Are they all Blocked by TD?? I would be curious to see???If not we then surely have them in a lie! If they are blocking due to the agent then common sense would dictate that all of the stocks they handle will be blocked also!...
