I wouldnt. I wouldnt want 2 billion shares outstanding any under circumstance. Zimmerman has money. Ali has money. They shouldnt be diluting period. Growing the share price will attract a large following in the stock which will in turn help attract more distributors and it will naturally allow them to sell more product through word of mouth. Dilution and a stagnant share price will do just the opposite.
