They have not dilluted in months. WOWGREEN has cash. I have been in this since August and actually work in the INDUSTRY. Idon't know who is selling today but I do think this is going to be a billion dollar market cap company in a few years so these bastards can sell all they want because they don't understand industry fundamentals so good bye to them and good ridance

They should spend more of their own money to build the company. Dont do it on the backs of the shareholders. They could get much more notoriety and publicity if they allowed the share price to prosper. That in turn would garner them the most attention and would enable them to attract more distributors as well as more people purchasing their products. A rising shareprice would attract a large following to the stock, the company and its products. If they dilute and allow the share price to tank no one will follow the stock and they will not be able to attract the attention necessary to grow the company and sell product.

You do not know that there will be much if any revenue to GRBG. You know that WOW will buy controlling interest in it but you do not know what revenue or expenses they will flow through it.

Bill gets cash and shares for GRBG. The shares will be in WOW which will remain privately owned - any net revenue that flows through GRBG will likely go to preferred shareholders in the form of dividends leaving nothing for the commons.

WOW gets a shell through which to do whatever it wants including capturing its own manufacturing revenue and expenses or who knows what...

Thats the problem. Who wants to hold while they dilute and increase shareholder value? LOL How many times have people heard that. They won't buy it and this will sit at .004-5 .
