Why do you assume its sloppy trading. Maybe its Big Apple Consulting dumping their allotment of shares. Maybe it is someone in the company dumping shares. Maybe it is an individual investor dumping shares.
just being pushed lower because it is easy to do it right now. The current PPS is meaningless as there is NO volume behind it. I would tell you the same thing if we were up to .05 on similiar volume.
This is the way the game is always played, and those who panic usaully get burned.
