You start requiring warning labels "CAUTION CELL PHONE RADIATION MAY CAUSE BRAIN CANCER" on all cell phones and they will sell. Once Maine legislation passes and more states push for it, you will see much more publicity. They already had a segment about it on CNBC last week and the bill hasn't even been submitted yet. It will be in early Jan.
