Okay...so you bought small blocks of 1 million at .0005 and sold at .0006. You made $100 minus commission fee and short term capital gains. Your trader theory does not make any sense unless you buy a bigger block and sell that for a bigger gain. No traders would want to buy only small blocks cause it would be a waste of time.
