Kudos to livefree selfless action deserves applause

As I recall Earthbound was going to promote the retail side of things. If it's not ready yet then I can see where the CEO would hold off in that regard.

Speaking of the CEO he has 6 PR's out this month so far which is pretty darn frequent. I think any hesitation stems from the fact not one of those PR's had any substance ( the kind investors want to detect) A clear cut contract would do wonders. That said I think this 100,000 ALERT order is budgeting for fiscal 2010.

So in all honesty now is not the best time to be hammering the CEO's desk (virtually) but in the New Year. For which ladies and gentlemen I have a prediction! Yes I will stake my priceless reputation on this as johnnyvits will testify...(uninsurable!) I say there will be no concrete contracts PRed before the CEO gets the annual report released.

In the meantime I support people who are proactive whole heartedly. When the time comes for some heavy lifting though (fast approaching) I sure hope Earthbound and Identa will be helping out the actions of those now doing the trench work.

For the record I emailed the editor of Engadget last night so you never know what comes of it. Truth is management must make the PR and assure the promotion is professionally done in a timely fashion or all the goodwill in the world will go down the drain. It's not to late I think CEO is waiting for the most opportune time to promote WalMart CVS and the others. Earthbound won't be cheap so you can't waste money on a company like that either. Patience gals & guys this is the quiet time believe it or not! As stock1997 pointed out through Debka.com the terrorists will be very patient and equally persistent until they succeed.(God forbid)

Thank you livefree, Emily and others your incentive is much appreciated. Have a safe and happy Christmas season every one.

Best, Rich.
