I think others have mentioned on this board that complaints have been filed in Nevada against him which might explain why a simple name change has taken since August and still isn't done.
Most of what he's pulling is legal but at least his name would be out for others to see and not get duped. I'll sign on to a class action suit. I've already figured I will lose around 2k maybe more. This crapola has to stop.
