I too bought in thinking that the chances of a stock like Cabal going somewhere vs DLAD making money were worth it. I wouldn't have bought into DLAD if they still owned the software and were going to stay that direction.

I did plenty of DD but I didn't know then about the other companies Humphrie had owned in the past and about died when they were brought up in this message board. There are probably many who own this stock that still don't know how many companies he's owned and how they all pretty much just sit at .0001 forever. That part is my fault.

The way I read it is that he CANNOT issue more shares than are in the original company charter (6 billion)without a vote of ALL shareholders. Sure...he probably owns a majority of the stock but at least you would have had some notification of what he was planning on doing. I would have bailed out then, and still could have got out at .0002. At that price I can make about $30.00-40.00 for all my time and trouble.

So now every dime this company might make in profits (doubtful) will be divided by 10-20 billion shares. I'll be surprised if this stock will ever see .0002 again. If it does it won't last long because of the mass sell off of shares.

There is no further need for constructive criticism. I've offered it in the past to no avail, as if it matters anyway. I also offered it a few days ago - PROVIDE A PRODUCT OR SERVICE PEOPLE ARE WILLING TO PAY FOR! The sports publication in Dallas is a giveaway, with income made on advertising. And it's not as if Humphries had a hand in it anyway. He bought it with other people's money and rewards those people by non-stop dumping of additional shares.

As for a media company, he's already got one called Earthworks Entertaimnent. If that's his forte, then he needs to find another line of work as EWKS has never followed thru on any of their PRs either and, WHAT A SURPRISE, it too is trading at .0001. Imagine that! Same history too. 1 billion AS, then jumps to 6 billion, and now 10 billion all within a year.

And sorry if I don't take seriously what someone who owns 130 million shares in a POS like this. Talk about having an agenda. Yep, find another bagholder to unload onto.
