What happened to the 200 million shares that Bill was supposed to remove from the outstanding share count? That is the more pressing question. This was PR'd quite a long time ago. Surely they should have been retired by now and many peeps bought in on the basis of a reduced share count. If anything it appears as if there has been continued dumping and an increase in outstanding shares imo. This after a PR stating that he would reduce the outstanding share count by 200 million to make the capital structure more attractive. Lets find out the answer to that question first then we can debate whether a lawyer would allow Wowgreen execs to pucrhase shares on the open market.
