Why wouldn't they just do it then? Why wouldn't they just dilute the hell out of it 6 months ago instead of a slow down???...huh?
It is not what they want to do..They are trying to make it work with the limited abilities they have IMO...Its not their fault the economy is what it is and if they had not burned most of us in Jan 2008 we may have weathered this storm much better but they didn't see this coming either...
Some think its best to dilute and R/S JUST so they can say "I told you so"....no care about whom it hurts...ego only...Yet here we have a CEO whom appears to be trying everything he can to fix this without a heavy burden to the shareholders...
1mil shares by 672 of us and the entire O/S is gone....I had 40mil+ last time we were here....Do the math...Had things gone different this would have been great....I got smoked like many others....That doesn't mean it will happen again...insiders hold...down to 600mil...(600 of us)...there are 3600 of us supposedly....
There is no toxic finance in place...CEO slowed things way down to prevent excessive diluting...all we have to do is buy shares on an investment and this goes nuclear...try getting the same shares you had last time now...not gonna happen....well maybe 1 or two might but then things go nuts...
the math is simple...NAR 60mil/Emerald 30mil/LABS 30 mil/Coastal 80mil/EI 100mil....300mil gone....370mil left...370 shareholders with 1 mil each....pps $1...hyped potential, yes, but there you have it.....
I have "over" 1 mil (thats "over" 20mil for you living in the past)....NOT counting family (I spread it around this time)....369 of you left...but fewer shares than that remaining....200k pops the pps most days if LABS is not on ask....He's flipping shares IMO....144s probably mostly gone IMO, the rest are being held hence the last nice pop and sideways consolidation...
tic toc....672mil shares...300mil++ locked up by a couple....the rest spread out among 3k others....100k each? doubtful...I nibble...and nibble....its a numbers game....When the LOC/gamechanger/licenses hit in 2010 (IMHO) I get paid....
