TRUE! 'mick' and what's more, Company transparency and filings is PART of a company's business operations.

And PGCR got suspended/halted by the SEC for screwing up something as simple as Company Housekeeping?

NOW they sit suspended, stuck on stupid and got us all halted here with them until 1/04/2010.

Don’t they know how many of their shareholders, (likely disgruntled at this point) may be dumping their positions here on very next trading day?

And what of those who'd like to sell BEFORE 12/31/2009 (this week) to claim capital losses on next year's tax filings!

For the most part, they're trapped!

But on a more positive note, perhaps I should stand ready to load up cheap for all the dumps that'll likely occur after the halt is lifted.
