Bill, At the time the Chinese were in the mix, you had your sources, I had mine. However, I would mention that there were two rumors, one that said they would buy 300 million, and one that set it at 400 milliion shares. Neither one proved to be accurate, so it is moot.

As for Handshake and geoly being the only two who have been right, that is only by default, not because their info was better than anyone else. They simply have refused to believe what the rest of us have uncovered. In the end they were only right about the timetable. But the info we have all turned up has remained untouched by the delays. Anyone can be consistantly negative in the stock market and be right more often than they are wrong. That takes no special gift or insight, and it does not make them a guru.

I cannot begin to tell you the number of conversations I have had with the dozen or so people I have personally influenced to buy into this stock, in which I have had to spend multiple hours undoing the damage that the bashers on the boards have done. Some sold as a direct result of their efforts, in spite of my best efforts to offset their negatives. Others have held, holding their breath, scared to death. In recent months I have spent far more time trying to offset the negatives from the boards than I have in sharing DD.

As a result, I have begun encouraging my people to totally ignore the boards. IMO, they are nearly useless except for casual communication like this.

As you know, I have expressed misgivings about how proactive CDCH is prepared to be. But I would not read too much into JJ's comments about how much he is spending on CDCH. The same can be said of his investment into MDMN in the past in spite of their willingness to issue shares at will, which explains why he owns such a large portion of some of their holdings.

Time alone will tell how well CDCH rides MDMN's coattails or even if it will be necessary. I am diversified into all three, in an effort to minimize the risk, so that is also moot.

And my purpose for mentioning that CDCH was not issuing shares was to squelch the rumor that MDMN was planning on going crazy with theirs by maxxing out their A/S. I was simply pointing out that given the fact that LP is involved heavily in both companies, it is reasonable to assume that if he has shown restraint in the one, he will show restraint in the other.

And I am certain that your statement that JJ is only negotiating on behalf of MDMN will come as quite a shock to CDCH's management and shareholders, given the fact that he signed contracts and was given full power of attorney to represent both. I wonder why he would do that, given the fact that he has a vested interest in both companies prospering as a result of the JV?
