Then how can you support a company like MSTF, if you know the CEO will lie to it's shareholders? I do not understand that trading philosophy.

sorry guys but I think there is no conflicting information. this post gives the reason why they increased the A/S #34148. They had to increase and we had a major sell off the following day. Don ´t get me wrong I am pissed as much as most of the board members about the increase. I am pretty sure they will do a R/S once the depth is paid and everything else is cleared. I can only hope we get some promising financials before this gonna happen or merger news. Otherwise we are toast if you are still in (what I am and will be holding till the end - does not make sense to sell my shares for .0001).
