I guess you're right. Not quite confident about this move, that's why I left it where it was last week. With today's filing I got a little more confident and have now upped my bid. Not sure why the warrants went down today with the filing out?

malc, re: CFQCF - that's a good point. What's a nickel or dime when the warrants are trading at a massive discount (1.60/sh) to intrinsic? I mean, the CFQWF could double from here (1.20-->2.40) and still be below intrinsic.

The above assumes that the deal goes thru. All bets are off if mgmt doesn't have the necessary votes.
