Organizational Development, Building Maintenance Management and IS Management

The Rationalization of Building Assets Management Project is an initiative with a budget of $100 million US. The project will rehabilitate numerous buildings and will also serve to implement a new maintenance management framework ensuring that adequate maintenance is performed on the whole portfolio of buildings.

Spearhead formally Progestic International and our partnered firm designed a Building Maintenance Framework and System for the Government of Morocco. Spearhead assumed the responsibility for all organizational development, building maintenance management and management information systems components of the project.
