Contrast the SPNG *(1)"story" to this point in time with another equity which was "flagged" around the exact same period (EESO, link below).

Note the *(2)differences in SEC actions b/n the two. Specifically if fraud was "obviously" perpetrated, as some posters here would lead you to believe.
