I have no proof that the sec investigation is done . However, why would someone on wall street aka Pike pile so much money in this if they weren't sure the sec investigation is ok???
pike bought in spongy before the investigation .. he bought a little over 3 million shares after .. to average down his cost or bought them for another party in his fund
no way to really know what Pike is doing .. maybe none are pikes and are held as beneficial shares for others not requiring a filing by them ( under 5% )?
