It is gonna be mostly preferred till we hit the .50 or the revenue points for them to convert. I have seen no statements of any other dillution as of now on the sec. It is already performing at a one year high, and I am glad to be in here at the above. .05 now to see were we go.
Going to be interesting the way the structured the R?M shares and I look for a dividend in the future here from the split up.
