#65906 RE: Makamai #65845

Indeed. They are NOW partners in Combustion Engine Technologies, but I was looking for evidence (suggested by GEO) that they have a history of partnership. I have yet to find any link between these two gentlemen in any professional or personal capacity prior to these most recent developments.

There is no doubt that Solaroli and INNX have some bad blood. There is also no doubt that things may still remain somewhat incomplete with the dealings of CET and INNX. Frankly though, it appears as though INNX never had in writing that the CET patent rights would be transferred to INNX control, and Solaroli has obviously refused to transfer these rights. The "Fool me once" saying comes to mind here and I would imagine that Dean has paid very close attention to the failings of the INNX deal, making sure all these loopholes are tied up with any contracts which now exist between the new Combustion Engine Technologies, and the technology with Solaroli apparently holds very close. I am going to assume that this is the case and that the QASP lawyers have reviewed these past issues and deemed this new merger of technology and partnership to be on the legal up-and-up, and able to produce a revenue stream for QASP down the road.

All my own opnion.

Oh ok - Spencyg stated that "Dean and Al have never been partners in either a corporate or LLC endeavor" and I was responding to that comment. Thanks for the clarification.
