That sounds just like SYNJ on 12.23 - one not able to buy can only sell. When SYNJ finally had a PR after over 2 months stock went from trip 4 to trip 6 and then retraced (I believe settled at 5). My take is to invest in pennies that can be both bought and sold via primary entities such as Scottrade/TD Ameritrade or risk not getting most bang for ones dollar or worse go negative.
