I am not sure what chapter V11 mean, but the middle of next year, (June 2010)would be around the time that the Dinar is supposed to change or do its thing. Mind you, I was stationed in Kuwait,a year ago, was told by a contractor, to buy some Iraqi Dinar, and to expect something to happen in 18 months. I got my Dinar directly from a bank in Kuwait, at that time, for 1 million, $850. It's funny that you posted this message. No matter what the outcome, I am glad I made the investment, patient, and am very optimistic about this whole thing.

excellent find i will also see what i can find on this subject, according to a contact i found overseas they were expecting something to happen in or around 12 to 18 months
