#5102 RE: excel #5101

Excel, that's prety much what I was about to post.
We would look PATHETIC to any company in touch with us and we would be diminished in their eyes as a possible business relationship, but possibly enhanced as a likely takeover target (since companies engage in such tactics only from a position of weakness). They would look upon Cooper as a once-brilliant business magnate but who had lost it in the morass of the BB environment. Releasing information without anything to back it up? Is he just doing this to satisfy disgruntled shareholders? The combined reputations of our management team would suffer irreparable damage, imo, in so doing. They have not signed on to NVC
only to join the pumpsters and have the letter "P"
implanted on their forehead. Obviously a little over the top, but I guess I'm just tired of hearing such
suggestions put forth that run so counter to what our company is all about. Of course, we all want our company of succeed and the s/p to escalate out of sight. But believe me, Milerman, it is one thing to build castles in the sky, and quite another to move into them. Fantasize all you want - by all means - but be very careful about trying to make them come true on the fast and cheap. Then,I'd wager, it's end of fantasies, and end of story.
