This is all in my opinion...

Bailey starts a Co. makes false PR's stating he sells machines.

Sales stocks with the PR's, raises the A/S, dilutes till there is no bid.

Then puts out a PR saying the companies board voted unanimously to perform a R/S months prior to the PR's and dilution...

We've found he currently holds 4 different positions on the board. Possibly 5 if you include Registered Agent as a position... Leaving that 5 employees, pinksheets says there are 5 listed... hmmmm... No "REAL" employees besides himself?...

Is there a real product, real Co, with real sales?... I think not...
